I Can Help
Life is hard, but what if it didn’t have to be?

Does it sometimes feel like...
Anxiety lives rent free in your head?
You aren’t sure if your reaction was justified?
Your middle name could be ‘People Pleaser’ ?
You bite your tongue around certain people?
Self-help content isn’t as helpful?
I know it’s not easy and I’m proud of your resilience.
Let me help you help yourself
Break free from the ‘what-ifs’ without spiraling into panic. Together, we’ll pinpoint your triggers, build strategies to keep anxiety in check, and clinically assess as needed.
Be selective with your time and energy—even if it ruffles some feathers. Say yes only when it feels right and avoid the guilt trip when you say no.
Own your identity and stop seeking approval. Embrace your quirks and trust what you bring to the table.
No more letting other people’s BS kill your vibe.

This is within your reach - I’m living proof!
Psychotherapy gave me a safe space to be myself, free from judgment. Now, I trust my own perspective and treat myself like the best friend I always needed.
Anxiety still makes an occasional cameo, but it’s no longer calling the shots.
Work with someone who’s been there & can help you find the
light at the end of the tunnel!
One-on-One Counselling for Teens & Adults

I’m here for all the good, bad, and ugly moments. Whether you’re ready to vent about your WTF moments, analyze life, or just spill the tea, it’s all about you.
We’ll focus on helping you validate yourself, set boundaries, and manage your anxiety—so you can navigate life with confidence and clarity.
Skip the traffic and do therapy from the comfort of your own space! Sessions are offered over the phone or on video chat.
My Approach
While I may be great at what I do, I’m not a magician—I can’t tell you exactly what to do. But I can help you figure out what feels right for you.
I implement the approach of Rogerian Talk Therapy, which is all about recognizing that you’re the expert on your own life. You’ve already got the tools for growth—I just help you uncover them.

You’re in the driver’s seat. I’m your handy GPS. This means if you’re open to reflecting and answering questions, I’ll offer perspective, reroute with you when needed, and help you navigate challenges as they come up.
Change happens when we work together—and stay open to new ways of doing things, even when it feels a little uncomfortable at first.
I take an eclectic approach, tailoring each session to your needs and using analogies to simplify overwhelming ideas.
I aim to create a space where you feel as comfortable as your favourite PJs—a non-judgmental, inclusive environment where you can show up as your authentic self.
This space runs on mutual respect only—no toxic energy here.

Let’s take the parts of life that sometimes feel like a circus and make them manageable and maybe even a bit fabulous!
Commitment
A therapy hour typically runs 50–60 minutes, with a bit of flexibility to allow for thoughtful wrap-up—or the occasional 5-minute soft start (hello, ADHD time blindness!)
Weekly or Biweekly
60 min – $180 or 90 min – $250
Most of my clients stay well beyond their initial goals—because once they experience what it’s like to speak freely, without managing reactions or sugarcoating, they realize how freeing it is to have space that’s fully theirs.
No more relying on friends or family with opinions, bias, or baggage.
