My Approach

Rogerian Talk Therapy is all about recognizing that you’re the expert on your own life. You’ve already got the tools for growth—I just help you uncover them.

I take an eclectic approach, tailoring each session to your needs and using analogies to simplify overwhelming ideas.

Due to time blindness (a fun ADHD perk), sessions may start or end within a 5-10 minute window—but rest assured, you’ll always get the full time we’ve scheduled.

I aim to create a space where you feel as comfortable as your favourite PJs—a non-judgmental, inclusive environment where you can show up as your authentic self.
